What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, lunch 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM and dinner 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM. We're closed on Sunday. See directions and hours before you head over.
What comes with a hibachi plate?
Every hibachi entree and combination is served with egg fried rice, grilled vegetables (zucchini, broccoli, carrot and onion) and 2 oz of yum yum sauce. Prices for every plate are on the Bamboo Hibachi menu.
Can I get noodles instead of fried rice?
Yes. Change your fried rice to noodles for $2.00, and add extra egg to any meal for $1.00.
Do you have sushi?
Yes: 15 deep fried sushi rolls topped with brown sauce, spicy mayo and crunch, plus 8 regular rolls including California, Spicy Tuna, Philadelphia and Vegetable.

Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes: Hibachi Vegetables, Hibachi Tofu and Hibachi Noodle, plus edamame, seaweed salad, spring rolls, and Avocado and Vegetable rolls.
