About us

Japanese steakhouse flavor, made for every day.

Bamboo Hibachi is a Japanese steakhouse and sushi kitchen built around one idea: always fresh, always delicious, every day.

Every hibachi plate comes off the grill with egg fried rice, zucchini, broccoli, carrot and onion, and our yum yum sauce on the side. Swap the rice for noodles or add extra egg any time.

Our Airport location sits at 2601 Springer Boulevard in Little Rock, and the Bamboo family has grown to five spots around the city: Otter Creek, Colonel Glenn, Camp Robinson in North Little Rock and Sherwood. Addresses and phone numbers for each are in our FAQ.

Beyond the grill, our sushi bar rolls fifteen deep fried rolls finished with brown sauce, spicy mayo and crunch, plus classic rolls like the California, Spicy Tuna and Philadelphia.

Always fresh, always delicious, every day.

Why Bamboo

Three reasons Little Rock keeps coming back.

  1. A full plate, every time

Every hibachi entree comes with egg fried rice, grilled vegetables and 2 oz of yum yum sauce. Hibachi plates start at $7.75.

  2. Grill and sushi bar in one

Hibachi steak, shrimp, chicken and salmon next to 23 sushi rolls, from the Bamboo Roll to the Gold Fish Roll.

  3. Five spots around town

Airport, Otter Creek, Colonel Glenn, Camp Robinson and Sherwood: there's a Bamboo close to you.
